CANCELLATION-ALTERATION CONDITIONS OF TEXTILE PRODUCTS
If the DEFECTIVE is clearly apparent during delivery, it is obligatory that the denunciation of the situation to us within 2 days, for the refund or exchange of the received ready-made textile products with the claim that is defective. If it is not clearly apparent, the buyer is obliged to report the stuation to us to inspect it or have them inspected within 1 month after receiving the ready-made textile products and if it is revealed that the ready-made textile products are defective as a result of this examination. Not reported within the period; means that the ready-made textile products are not defective and delivered properly in accordance with the agreement.
